Kumara Croissant Dessert
Preheat oven to 180˚ C. Spray a baking dish with cooking spray.
Place toasted croissant Cubes in the dish.
In a Medium Bowl, Combine cream and Milk, Kumara, Brown sugar,eggs, Cinnamon, vanilla and maple syrup. Stir Well.
Pour Mixture over croissants, tossing gently to coat. Let stand for 30 min.
Bake for 45 min, or until a wooden pick inserted comes out clean. Once dessert has cooled sprinkle with extra cinnamon.
Cut into Squares to serve.
Serve with Sweetened whipped cream and extra cinnamon if desired.
