Kumara DipServes: 2Ingredients:6-8 Little Rubies250gms natural Greek style yoghurt 1 pkt Onion Soup mix 1 Tbsp sweet chilli sauce Method:Peel and cook the little rubies in a pot of hot salted water until tender.Mash the little rubies with a potato masher. Add the yoghurt, onion soup mix and sweet chilli sauce and beat together until a smooth paste. Chill. Serve chilled with fresh vegetables. |
