
Ingredients:

2 Little Rubies per person

1 rasher of streaky bacon per person

Short Kebab Sticks

Olive Oil
Method:
Wash the Rubies. Bring to boil in a pot. Boil for 10-15 minutes or until tender when pierced with a sharp knife.
While the Rubies are boiling soak kebab sticks in water. This with stop them burning on the BBQ.
When the kumara is cooked, thread 2 Rubies onto the kebab sticks, with the bacon wrapped between them.
Lightly brush with Oil.
Cook on the BBQ for 15-20 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and cooked.
