Sticky Fried KumaraServes 4Ingredients:
Method:Peel Kumara and cut into peices. Boil in salted water for 15 minutes. Melt butter in frying pan and add kumara. Sprinkle brown sugar over the kumara. Fry kumara at a low heat for 20-30 minutes, turning often to prevent burning. |
