Baked Kumara Medley
Serves 18
Ingredients:
  • 6 Gold Kumara
  • 4 Red Kumara
  • 6 Beauregard Kumara
  • 4 Potatoes
  • Maple Syrup
  • Honey
  • Salt
Method:

Peel and chop all vegetables into small 2cm square peices, place into greased oven dish and drizzle generously with maple syrup and honey. Sprinkle with salt.

Roast in the oven at 180 Degrees for about 1-1 1/2 hrs or until vegetables are cooked through and slightly crispy.

Turn once during cooking to stop them burning on one side only.
