Chicken and Kumara Bakes

Ingredients:

• 3 Kumara
• 300ml Cream
• 1 Cream of Chicken Soup Mix

Method:

Peel Kumara & Slice into thin rounds, place into 4 ramekins or one large oven proof dish.
Mix together cream and soup mix and pour over kumara. Bake in a hot oven at 180 deg C for 20 min or until sauce is bubbling and Kumara is tender.
