Tropical Kumara Pizza

Serves 12

Ingredients:

Base:

• 2 Cups flour
• 1 Cup Wholemeal
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp salt
• 4-6 Tbsp Butter
• 1/2 - 1 Cup Milk

Mix flours, baking powder and salt. Rub in butter. Add milk and form a soft dough. Roll out into a large circle on a greased baking tray.
 

Topping:

• 150g Sour Cream
• 150g Cream Cheese
• 3 Tbsp Maple Syrup
• 1 Banana Sliced
• 3 Kumara Cooked and Diced
• 1/2 cup grated cheese
• 3 rashes of streaky bacon. sliced
• Cashew Nuts

Mix together sour cream, cream cheese and maple syrup. Spread evenly over the pizza base. Top with the remaining 5 ingredients in the order they appear above.

Bake at 180 Deg C for 25 min or until base is cooked through.
