Oven Baked Little Rubies

Serves 2

Ingredients:

• 6-8 Little Rubies
• 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
• Salt and Pepper

 

Method:

Wash the Litte Rubies and place into an oven proof dish. Drizzle over the olive oil and bake at 180'C for 20 minutes or until soft when poked with a sharp knife.

Remove from oven, season with salt and pepper and serve.
