Sweet Chilli Glazed Little Rubies
Pre heat the oven to 1800c.
Slice the Little Rubies into small rounds. Place them into a roasting dish lined with baking paper.
Combine the honey, sweet chilli sauce and olive oil in a bowl. Pour this mixture over the kumara and toss until all combined.
Roast in the oven for 15 – 25 minutes or until tender, turning once.
Add the parsley and pine nuts and season with salt and freshly ground pepper.
Serve piping hot.
