Raw Kumara Salad

Serves 4

Ingredients:

• Lettuce Peices (enough to cover your serving plate)
• 1 Gold Kumara, Finally Sliced
• 1/2 fresh Beetroot, Finally Sliced
• 1 Avocado
• Philadelphia Cream Cheese, Chopped into small peices

Method:

Arrange all above ingredients onto a platter or serving plate in the above order. Drizzle with Maple Syrup.

Serve Immediately.
